Elena Lyubarskaya is a TV screenwriter, based in Berlin, Germany. Elena writes in English and develops comedy shows and genre dramas. She has projects in development with German, Italian and French companies. Elena is a winner of VDD/ProSieben Development Award in 2016 and 2017, the CNC Writing grant for TV co-production and the Cannesseries Institute Residency.
