A Munich-based scriptwriter, Andrea originally studied International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science and went on to work in development cooperation. She eventually left development cooperation to work as assistant to the producers at Walker+Worm Film. In 2014/15 she was a participant of the Drehbuchwerkstatt München where she developed her debut feature, starring Claudia Michelsen in the lead role.
