Rachel has spent most of her life going between New York and Tel Aviv. She completed her MFA in writing at Columbia University in 2016. Her feature film screenplay, Shiloh, was a finalist for the Phosphate Prize at IFP in New York in 2015. She has written several short films on commission, and works as a script editor for writers and producers in the US and Israel.
