Lucy Ter Berg is the recently appointed Head of Development at TV4 Drama where she oversees intake and the development slate. Originally from an acting and writing background in the UK, Lucy spent many years working as a freelance script reader and consultant before joining TV4 as a development executive in 2022. A dramaturgy nerd who is hooked on the transformative power of storytelling, she still can’t believe she gets to read scripts all day and call it work.
