Nic­olas Chevaillier

Born and raised in Ger­many to a French fath­er and Amer­ic­an moth­er, Nic­olas is a Ber­lin-based, tri­lin­gual, and cul­tur­ally flu­id storyteller who spe­cial­izes in thrillers, but prides him­self on being genre-agnost­ic. He co-cre­ated and co-wrote an American/​Indian thrill­er series for Aud­ible (Amazon) cur­rently in pre-pro­duc­tion, and was lead writer on an Indi­an drama series for Disney+/Hotstar. He has a Hindi-lan­guage psy­cho­lo­gic­al hor­ror film in pre-pro­duc­tion, and an Indi­an mys­tery film in devel­op­ment. Nic­olas stud­ied film­mak­ing in Los Angeles, and after a fruit­ful career as an anim­at­or and motion design­er for the Amer­ic­an tele­vi­sion industry, Nic­olas wrote and dir­ec­ted VIC­TOR’S HIS­TORY (Amazon Prime), a micro-budget fea­ture film which premiered at Indi­a’s premi­er film fest­iv­al MAMI and won Best Film at the New Orleans Film Fest­iv­al and Best For­eign Film at Jagran Film Fest­iv­al. Nic­olas spends a couple months of the year in Mum­bai, where he works as a screen­writer for Bol­ly­wood and is rep­res­en­ted by Matrix.
