Producer Workshop
We see the future of a strong European showrunner model as a close collaboration between writers and producers. However, the growing demand for solutions to the complex challenges of collaborative development are strong creative voices, but also specific skills in writers and producers, including financing, co-producing and packaging internationally competitive television series. We aim at supporting this new generation of European series professionals through a strong professional network. Therefore we have designed a compact, intensive workshop for producers of international series formats.
The ´26 Edition
Building on the great success and the positive feedback received last year, we hosted a second group of international producers in May 2026, offering a workshop specifically designed to meet the needs and interests of European TV series producers. The three-day intensive workshop featured an inspiring mix of keynotes and lectures from top-tier industry experts, some returning for the format and some new speakers. We were happy to hear from experts all across the industry; from producers like Henning Kamm (Real Film) and Janine Jackowski (Komplizen Film), to acquisition and legal experts such as Emmanuel Eckert and Katharina Domnick.

The ´25 Edition
In May 2025, we held our first producer workshop, welcoming up-and-coming and established producers from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and France.
During these two and a half days full of input and inspiration, we listened to keynotes and presentations by European showrunners such as Frank Spotnitz (UK) and Jeppe Gierwig Gram (Denmark), met internationally experienced producers such as Danna Stern and Klaus Zimmermann (Dynamic Television, F/US), and received valuable input from specialists such as Marike Muselaers (financing expert) and Linda Green (leadership coach).
