Paolo Cic­carelli

Paolo Cic­carelli is a cre­at­ive and stra­tegic con­sult­ant who works with pro­duc­tion and dis­tri­bu­tion com­pan­ies, glob­al stu­di­os, and inter­na­tion­al insti­tu­tions. His expert­ise focuses on scout­ing, eval­u­at­ing, and devel­op­ing scrip­ted con­tent, as well as advising cre­at­ive tal­ent.
He began his career in 2009 and, after spend­ing sev­er­al years in Lon­don, joined MIA | Inter­na­tion­al Audi­ovisu­al Mar­ket in 2017 as a con­sult­ant for the newly formed TV (Drama) divi­sion. In 2023 He was then appoin­ted Head of Drama at MIA, and he now over­sees the whole edit­or­i­al and stra­tegic line of MIA on glob­al drama industry. From 2022 to 2024, Paolo has been serving as a con­sult­ant to the devel­op­ment depart­ment of the Amer­ic­an stu­dio Para­mount in Italy, ana­lyz­ing and eval­u­at­ing scrip­ted pro­jects for ori­gin­al pro­duc­tions. He also serves as a selec­tion com­mit­tee mem­ber and ment­or for vari­ous inter­na­tion­al train­ing insti­tu­tions devel­op­ing scrip­ted Con­tents and Talents
