Tobi­as Voßberg

Tobi­as Voßberg is a Ger­man attor­ney-at-law and cer­ti­fied spe­cial­ist in indus­tri­al prop­erty law (Fachan­walt für gew­erb­lichen Rechtss­chutz). He is a Part­ner at BRENTO IP, where he advises on unfair com­pet­i­tion, trade­mark and AI law. Pre­vi­ously, he served as Head of IP at Sat­is­fy­er, lead­ing its glob­al trade­mark, design and enforce­ment strategy, and prac­tised at Noerr and SKW Schwarz. He is one of Ger­many’s most vis­ible voices on how AI is reshap­ing leg­al prac­tice. He sits on the Edit­or­i­al Advis­ory Board of GRUR-Prax, pub­lished by C.H.Beck, and hosts the award-win­ning Jura & KI pod­cast. Best Law­yers Ger­many and the F.A.Z.
