Proud Moment for Seri­al Eyes Alumni at Seri­en Fest­iv­al Basel!

We’re thrilled to share some fant­ast­ic news from the Seri­en Fest­iv­al Basel 2025! Two of our tal­en­ted Seri­al Eyes Alum­nae, Kriti Kapoor and Kater­ina Papa­nastasatou (both SE#12), have won the Filmschu­len Pitch­ing Prize with their excit­ing pro­ject “SHE IS A MON­STER” – and took home an impress­ive 10,000 CHF! Their suc­cess at one of Switzerland’s key industry events under­lines the cre­ativ­ity, bold­ness, and inter­na­tion­al reach of the Seri­al Eyes com­munity. “SHE IS A MON­STER” cap­tiv­ated the jury with its ori­gin­al­ity, strong concept, and power­ful storytelling vis­ion – a true reflec­tion of what Seri­al Eyes stands for. 

We also want to send a big round of applause to our oth­er Alumni who presen­ted their pro­jects at the fest­iv­al:
- Adrien Mabile with his show “SIN­GU­LAR­IT­IES”
- Wieb­ke Mer­ci­er and Will Buck­ing­ham, who con­tin­ue to impress with their cre­at­ive work and ded­ic­a­tion to seri­al storytelling.
